Retail orders valued at $500 or more cannot be returned for a full cash refund. We may authorize the return of orders valued over $500, however the maximum refund amount is $500 in cash and the remainder will be applied to credit. Return shipping costs and handling fees are non-refundable. Premium, closeout products, commercial and dealer orders cannot be returned for a refund.
